snuggle time

Bailey wasn't feeling well this last week so as much as it was completely sad for me to see her not feel well and not being herself, it was a WONDERFUL time for me to get to snuggle with my baby. I have pictures of her sleeping on me when she was first here (in the world) but she has been a VERY active child and likes to look around and be nosey MUCH more than she likes to cuddle or chill out. This last weekend I got to love on my baby girl just holding her and singing to her, dad got some of this great time too. She seems to like it on him more but I don't let myself believe (even if it is true) that Bailey is a bone-a-fide Daddy's girl.
Bailey is turing one at the end of the month and with that time approaching so quickly, I'm having to pinch myself, I'm in denial that it really could have been a year ago since this all went down.
So Bailey is back to her normal self, feeling well and definitely NOT snuggling anymore. She is walking more and more everyday, exploring new things and making me laugh A LOT. Yes, I realize I have been using a lot of caps lock in this post but hey, I'm SO emphatic about these things.
