Shrimp Tacos with Black beans and yellow rice.
This one took me to a wonderful place. We ate in a hurry because I had to be at church but holy manoly I would eat this every day if I could. It had some delicious shrimp, sliced avacado, lettuce and some hot sauce on home made taco shells (which means I fried the corn tortillas) The black beans and rice are a staple around here. Love them. The only thing I would change would be if I had some crisp cabage and some lime on the tacos, perhaps a slice of tomato.
This dish made me feel like I was back in mexico eating at a green taco stand, hoping I wouldn't fall off the stool into the sidewalk. Instead I was on my comfy couch chowing down with Josh by my side and no mexicans with in 100 ft. (at least)
